By using chat and other methods to share issues one by one and follow up on each other's progress, I think we have created a "One Team" with strong communication skills. The collaboration between ABeam Consulting and Technosoft Automotive enabled us to implement appropriate progress management. I have the impression that they responded quickly to the remaining issues, and I believe that this speed led to high satisfaction from the dealers.    ​ ​

During the rollout, we conducted a survey of dealers who had deployed KA-DMS, and although many requests for improvement were made, we were honestly relieved to find that they were generally satisfied with the system (over 50% were very satisfied or satisfied, and 40% had no particular complaints).
