Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Ryo has 20 years of experience in consulting and expanding Microsoft Dynamics 365 across 31 countries, including Japan. He excels in country-specific collaboration with multiple ISVs. To recognize his accomplishments, Microsoft awarded him as Microsoft Regional Director (2020) and Microsoft MVP for Business Applications (2015). With his excellent leadership as an implementation partner of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) and Power Platform, he successfully led a Japanese startup to Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). 

Artem V. Ezhov
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Artem has over 12 years of experience in corporate finance, corporate banking, and M&A, including completing several financial projects and deals. Before joining Technosoft Automotive, he held several CFO positions at SaaS and EdTech businesses. His academic background includes two BS degrees in Finance and Law from the St. Petersburg State University of Economics and an MBA from the Robert E. McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University (Washington, DC, USA).
Dyainal Halim
VP Research & Development

Dyainal has over 20 years of business application experience with successful track records in designing, developing, and implementing large-scale distribution solutions based on Microsoft Dynamic ERP capabilities. As the VP of Research & Development, he manages multiple teams, including business analysts, product development engineers, Quality Assurance (QA), and sustain engineering team in expanding the Dealer Management System (DMS) product line.

Phorn has over 22 years of experience in vehicle sales, finance, general management, OEM and dealership operations, which transformed him into an expert consultant in DMS and CRM software implementation. He is proficient in assisting automotive enterprises in their digital transformation journeys, ultimately delivering personalized digital customer experiences for every business. As the ANZ Sales Director, he will continue propelling rapid sales growth and market expansion into the region through effective business relationships.

He is a seasoned senior sales representative with an in-depth understanding of enterprise software platforms, specifically Dealer Management Systems (DMS), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM). As the Thailand Sales Director, he will grow sales prospects by leveraging local alliances and business networks as part of Thailand's market expansion plan.

With over 15 years of experience in the IT industry, Minh Do has held significant positions as a Sales Manager and Director, overseeing critical projects in sectors such as finance, banking, automotive, ERP, and SAP. His remarkable track record underlines his technical expertise and networking abilities, crucial in capitalizing on business opportunities and driving organizational growth through effective teamwork. A graduate of Hanoi National University in Linguistics (English & Japanese), Minh Do possesses a solid academic foundation, complemented by extensive professional development in Japan and the Japanese language, acquired in Vietnam and Japan. As the Vietnam Sales Director, he will leverage his vast experience, technical skills, networking prowess, and linguistic abilities, particularly in Japanese, to foster further local and Japanese business expansion opportunities in Vietnam.

Lily has 16 years of experience in system implementation with a Microsoft Dynamics background, focusing on business process design and overseeing the entire system architecture. Her accomplishments comprise large-scale DMS project deployments with advanced integration process design and supervised product lifecycle management while operating as Technosoft Yana DMS's product owner. As the General Manager of Professional Services, she will continue to lead all DMS project implementations efficiently.

Denis Kalinin
Asia Business Development Manager at Runa Capital, Denis speaks fluent Mandarin, he started his career as a manager of investment project in China at a large Russian industry holding. He also co-founded a startup that helps Russian companies enter the Chinese market. Denis holds a bachelor degree in Economics at Moscow State Institute for International Relations and master degree at University of International Business and Economics at Beijing.

He holds a BS and MS from Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (Phystech), an MBA from American Institute of Business and Economics and is the Chairman of the board, IT-cluster at Phystech MIPTS.
