  • Conduct training on the usage and administration of MS Dynamics CRM
  • Understand the capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality and custom development
  • Provide technical support to clients
  • Research and evaluate web related technologies and products

 

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university majoring in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): MS Dynamics CRM, C#, ASP.Net, VB.Net, HTML, JavaScript, SQL, SSRS, SSIS, Web Services, WCF, Active Directory, IIS, TFS
  • At least 3-4 years working experience in the IT industry in similar roles with 2 years of consulting and client-facing experience preferred.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in MS Dynamics CRM and web-based development using .NET based language.
  • Knowledge in AGILE software development methodology and Dynamics AX development will be an added advantage.
  • Good oral and written English communication skills.
  • Willing to travel locally and overseas

Core duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):

  • Provide helpdesk services to our customers/project team
  • Manage and progress support emails, chat and calls
  • Document problems and activity and solution for each case
  • Communicate the status of issues to team and customers
  • Identify high priority issues and escalate to appropriate team members, including management
  • Investigate, test and develop solutions and workarounds to resolve issues/requests
  • Perform in-depth analysis of issues to determine causes and solutions
  • Gain an understanding of the underlying business, data and processes sufficient to provide expert advice
  • Participate in the delivery of changes within an agile development environment in collaboration with business analysts, developers, QA and team

 

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree from reputable university majoring Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Proficiency in Dynamics CRM 2015 or Dynamics 365
  • At least 2 years working experience as Support Engineer
  • Understanding of functional customizations and configurations of Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries, SQL Reporting Service (SSRS)
  • Proficiency in C#, ASP.Net and JavaScript
  • Proficiency in Mobile Development is an advantage
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Strong support desk experience including call logging and SLA compliance
  • Excellent skills in Web application, with strong emphasis on relational database structures
  • Good network infrastructure knowledge is an advantage
