DMS Functional Consultant
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead the Consulting Business in Automotive Industry both for Project lead/Management and Sales activity, with providing insight and advice
- Analyze and translate business requirements into functional and design specifications
- Conduct functional fit/gap analysis between business requirement and product/system
- Create and review functional documentations such as requirements definition, functional specs, design specs, test plan and scripts etc
- Conduct UAT session with clients, product training and workshops
- Advise clients on the capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality and custom development
- Monitor and report implementation progress by tracking activity and resolving problems
- Bridge communication between business and technical people
- Implement best practices, standards and procedures including quality and delivery methodologies
Requirements:
- At least 4 years working experience in a major OEM or within the Automotive Value Chain, In-depth knowledge of the overall Automotive Value Chain especially for distributors and dealer networks regarding their processes and benchmarks, New Car Sales, Used Car Sales, After Sales and Service
- Successfully delivered minimum 2 full cycle of IT implementations in DMS
- Knowledge in Dynamics AX and CRM will be an added advantage
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Willing to travel locally and overseas
