This unique role blends the expertise of Quality Assurance and Business/System Analysis, focusing on regression testing, system evaluation, and ensuring top-notch product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive QA testing, including regression testing, for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM implementations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Identify system gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance business operations.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts specific to Microsoft Dynamics modules.
• Ensure quality and stability across all stages of Dynamics 365 development and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve system issues.

Skills Required:

• Proven experience as a QA, Business Analyst, or System Analyst.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) / CRM
• Knowledge in Finance & Operations (F&O) is an advantage
• Strong understanding of regression testing and QA methodologies.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of test automation tools and performance testing is a plus.­

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Business Analysis, or System Analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) / CRM.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies (regression testing, integration testing, functional testing).
• Experience with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in business process mapping and documentation.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and business teams.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 product certification is a plus
• Other certification and training completed will be an advantage (i.e. CAST, CSTE, CSQA)
