🚗 Technosoft Automotive Days 2025 | Day 1 Highlights
Theme/Reimagining Automotive Retail
Day 1 of #TSAD2025 opened with a bold vision for the future of automotive retail—where AI, Copilot, and digital platforms converge to redefine customer engagement, operational agility, and global scalability.
🔹 Keynote & Fireside Chat
Fredy Tan, CEO of Technosoft, delivered a compelling keynote on how AI and Microsoft technologies are transforming the automotive landscape.
He was joined by Aulvin Basyir, CIO of Plaza Capital, in a fireside chat that explored the shift from product-centric to customer-centric retail.
Plaza Capital, one of Indonesia’s largest dealer groups (Toyota, Subaru, BMW, MINI, Harley-Davidson), shared how they are pioneering Agentic AI adoption across their network.
Key insights from the discussion:
- Customers now expect instant, personalized, digital-first experiences—even before visiting a dealership.
- Plaza Capital is using AI agents to automate service bookings, test drive scheduling, and parts inquiries—freeing up staff to focus on strategic and high-touch interactions.
- AI is not replacing humans, but collaborating with them to deliver seamless, 24/7 customer service.
- Their roadmap includes expanding Agentic AI across marketing, sales, and aftersales—while maintaining the human touch where it matters most.
- Advice for others: Start small, identify high-impact processes, and build from there. Don’t follow trends—focus on your own business challenges.
🔹 Live Demo: Solving Real-World Dealership Challenges
Phorn Adams and Novell Chow from Technosoft’s sales and presales team presented a hands-on demo of Yana DMS, addressing key industry pain points:

- Data silos and inefficiencies: Yana synchronizes real-time data across departments, improving collaboration and decision-making.
- Operational risks: Automation reduces manual errors, lowers IT costs, and enhances strategic execution.
- Modern workforce needs: Yana’s intuitive UI, built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, is designed for digital-native employees.
The demo showcased:
- Embedded Copilot for intelligent assistance
- Power BI for real-time analytics
- Seamless integration with NSC systems and third-party platforms
- Role-based security and compliance with GDPR
🔹 Product Roadmap & Agentic AI Showcase
Technosoft’s R&D leadership team (Dyainal Halim, Henry Salim, Changra Karanina) unveiled Yana DMS 7.0, featuring:
- Yana.Assist: AI agents for vehicle owners (service booking, test drive, parts inquiry)
- Yana.Desk: AI agents for dealership staff (lead follow-up, marketing segmentation, pricing inquiries)
- Conversational AI: Natural language understanding and real-time action execution
- Security & Governance: Agents operate within defined roles and permissions
- Integration with Microsoft Copilot Studio: Customers can build their own agents tailored to unique workflows
Live demonstrations included:
- Booking a service or test drive via AI agent with OTP verification
- AI-driven marketing list generation and parts pricing inquiry
- Real-time inventory checks and customer interaction automation
🌍 With participants from 35+ countries, Day 1 set the tone for a global dialogue on innovation, transformation, and collaboration in automotive retail.
