Japan — July 3, 2023 Technosoft Automotive, a leading provider of solutions for car dealers, held a press conference today to announce its entry into the Japanese market and the introduction of its automotive cloud solution for OEMs/Dealers, leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365. The company aims to revolutionize the customer buying experience by implementing the Microsoft Automotive Cloud.

As part of its expansion, Technosoft Automotive has established an office in Tokyo and appointed Ryohei Yoshijima as the President of Technosoft Japan KK. They plan to develop and implement their proprietary dealer management system (DMS) based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 to meet the business needs of Japanese OEMs, dealers, and multi-brand dealerships. Additionally, the company aims to provide consulting services to Japanese and foreign OEMs and dealers. Its ambitious target is to introduce Technosoft Automotive Solutions to 1,000 dealers within 5 years and expand that number to 4,000 dealers within 10 years across Japan.

To address the challenges Japanese dealers face in modernizing their applications and harnessing the latest technology features, Technosoft Automotive will leverage Microsoft’s robust offerings, including Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Dynamics 365 Finance, Power Platform, Azure, and Microsoft 365.

Technosoft Automotive has announced a collaboration with Microsoft Japan, consulting firms, and a new accounting vendor in Japan. The goal is to maximize their market presence and expand their sales. To ensure the success of these plans, Technosoft Automotive will onboard specialists in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Microsoft Azure while effectively using experienced resources with a strong background in DMS.

Looking towards the future, Technosoft Automotive is focused on effective digital marketing, advanced data visualization, and developing the most cutting-edge connected car experience. By combining detailed vehicle information with AI technologies such as ChatGPT, they aim to create a truly immersive customer journey. Additionally, Technosoft Automotive will incorporate carbon footprint data into dealership operations, aligning with the growing trend of de-oxygenation and carbon neutrality in the supply chain.

The CEO of Technosoft Automotive, Fredy Tan, expressed great enthusiasm about the company’s entry into the Japanese market. He emphasized the market’s attractiveness, which is home to 20,000 dealerships. Tan believes that, under Yoshijima’s leadership and expertise, Technosoft Automotive will establish a solid global presence.
